Marsen Park North Draft_Patch Planning

CDC Data Centre’s Marsden Park – Approved

Patch are pleased to see approval of the State Significant Development Application for CDC Data Centre’s Marsden Park campus announced today!

Patch has supported CDC through the planning process with the coordination and management of the SSDA through preparation, lodgement, and response to submissions phases, as well as numerous local applications through Blacktown City Council which ran in parallel.

The $3.1 billion development is the largest data centre in the Southern Hemisphere and represents a substantial investment into the State’s digital economy. Patch worked closely with the client, the Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, Council, and other agencies throughout the assessment process to resolve a number of complex issues and achieve this outcome.

Congratulations to CDC and thank you to NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure for your collaboration throughout this project.
