Social Impact Assessments (SIA) consider the contribution of the project to local places and communities within which new (and typically more intense) development will occur.

Social impacts generally refer to the consequences that people experience when a new project brings change. SIAs assesses projects’ impacts from the perspective of people, which means developments are more likely to be socially sustainable in the long run. We prepare SIAs across multiple states in Australia, including to align with the NSW Social Impact Assessment Guideline that applies to State Significant Developments.
