Patch are pleased to have secured Development Approval on behalf of our client, Anton Real Estate, for upgrades to a prominent commercial building at 20 Bridge Street, Sydney.
The approved works include a series of internal and external alterations designed to revitalise and modernise the existing building, providing façade improvements including replacement glazing and repainting, refurbishment of the ground floor to introduce new retail and breakout spaces, relocation of the existing through-site link, and internal upgrades to Level 1. Collectively, these enhancements will improve the building’s presentation while strengthening amenity, functionality and activation at street level.
Throughout the process, Patch worked closely with City of Sydney regarding the future of the through-site link connecting Bridge Street and Dalley Street. Council ultimately supported the proposed realignment, recognising that the development maintains and enhances the link’s quality, accessibility and contribution to the public domain.
